John has sawdust in his veins, he lives and breathes engineering.
John started Skookum in 1996 with the vision to better support the Australasian Solid Wood and Bulk Handling industries. Since then he has worked with most owner operators around Australia and New Zealand to improve their operations and achieve greatness.
If you can’t find John at work, you will most probably find him sailing around the Wai-te-mata.
Geoff is our seasoned traveller. He spends more time in the air than he spends on land.
He is an engineering guru and is here to help you achieve your project goals.
Geoff enjoys a crisp morning out on the water in a rowing skiff and a quiet tipple of his favourite Laphroaig whisky.
Mark is a commercially minded finance and operational professional, with a history alongside some of New Zealand’s highly regarded equipment and product businesses.
Mark ensures the wider organisational groups financial and commercial processes are in check.
During his weekends you will more often than not find Mark mowing his (very large!) beloved lawn.
Ainslie is the smiley face you see when you arrive at Skookum. She keeps our accounts ship shape, but mainly keeps us all in check.
During her weekends you might see Ainslie relaxing in her campervan on Kaiaua beach.
Peter is our technical guru when it comes to optimisation and process engineering.
He is driven to create efficiency and process improvement in your production facility to ensure you can go Better. Faster. Safer.
During weekends and holidays you would find Peter alongside a beach or river in his campervan enjoying the serenity.
