When it comes to lug loading technology, there is simply no better solution than USNR's patented Quad Cam technology.  Whatever your application, the USNR Quad Cam Board Feeder can be configured to meet your Needs.

Simple Design:  Our Board Feeder has one of the simplest, yet one of the most effective, designs on the market.  There’s no “grab and throw” or complicated controls:  just smooth, low-maintenance performance.

Proven High Piece-Count:  We’ve demonstrated the Quad Cam Board Feeder at piece counts in excess of 250 lugs per minute.  Even at these speeds, missed lugs are few and far between.

Easy Installation:  The Quad Cam Board Feeder is designed to easily retrofit both the green end and the dry end of your mill.  It is also an integral component in USNR’s planermill system.

Reliable operation:  Not all boards are perfect, but the patented Quad Cam mechanism feeds them as though they were.  With lug fill rates so high that they’re difficult to even measure, this is a machine you can really rely on.
